Every Kalm in Kaos piece is unique because they are hand-dyed and handles individually.  No 2 pieces are identical.  Because of the artisan nature of the garments, processing time may vary and may take  is approx 10 business days to fulfill.

Privacy & Safety

All of our transactions are done securely through Shopify.  We do not share your personal information.

Shopify keeps your payment information secure. Shopify Vendors never receive your credit card information.

Care Instructions

Personalized  Garments

To remove excess dye we wash all our hand-dyed clothing 2 times in hot water. We then tumble dry on warm. Our clothing is already preshunk.


We still recommend washing the garments separately from other clothing for the first  wash. and keep away from light coloured clothing. 


Wash cotton, bamboo or hemp tie dyed items in cold to warm water with other colored items. Tumble dry warm or (save some energy) hang to dry. Turn garment inside out before washing.

Wash rayon tie dyed items by hand in warm water or in a washing machine on a delicate cycle. Hang to dry.

Note: Never use bleach

We can make some of our designs in the colors and sizes of your choice.  Contact us with your ideas.
All custom personalized orders must be prepaid and once work has begun the cost will be non-refundable.  We will send you info on how to do this when you send your request.  Please see Returns and a Exchanges section.

Wholesale Inquiries

At this time we do not offer wholesale.

We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
